Average delivery times

Once the order has left our warehouse, the expected delivery times are: 3 working days plus shipping for Italy, 6 working days plus shipping for Europe, 14 working days plus shipping for the US and Canada, 10 working days plus shipping for Israel, and 20 working days plus shipping for Japan. These times are approximate and depend on our logistics operators, the destination country or region, and any public holidays on the originally scheduled dates, which could lead to an additional day’s delay beyond the initially indicated times. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
